Rangoli started in Islamabad with a simple frustration: fabric that looked beautiful in a photo and fell apart after three washes. So we began working directly with mills and small ateliers, choosing lawn that breathes, stitching that holds, and prints that don't fade by Eid.
The name comes from the floor art itself — a pattern built ring by ring, by hand, meant to be walked past and noticed every day. That's the wardrobe we're trying to build: pieces for the everyday, not just the occasion, alongside a smaller formal edit for the evenings that call for more.
